Upon receiving your shipment, report any damages to the shipping cartons and any missing items immediately to the carrier, save all packaging materials for show & tell. Due to our low discounted pricing, we must adhere to the following conditions.

All merchandise must be in it's original, new, and unused condition with all original packaging.

To qualify for a refund or an exchange; the merchandise must be returned within 15 days of receiving the order. You will be credited in kind as per the original payment type. The original receipt or a photocopy is required with the return.

The original shipping and handling charges are not refundable.
- Ammunition, Powder and Firearms* are non-refundable and non-returnable due to safety concerns and shipping policies. AS-IS items are also non-returnable.

As the shipper, you must make sure that the merchandise is properly packaged and insured. We are not responsible for lost shipments or damaged merchandise.

Returns are prepaid by the customer. COD will not be accepted.

Merchandise returned for credit or exchange may be charged a 20% restocking fee.

Defects in material and workmanship will be covered by the manufacturer. *Although firearms are warranted by the manufacturer and are not returnable, we may assist you in contacting the factory, and aid in resolving your issues. As all items are waranteed, we do not inspect items before shipping unless requested for liability reasons.
