This is a Stainless Steel "Gated" ACP (.45 Auto) conversion cylinder, which will allow you to optionally load your revolver without removing the cylinder. Instructions and a template are included if you want to use the gate for loading. You will need 1 fine small round file and 1 fine small flat file and a Dremmel or simular tool to shape your frame for loading.

If you do not want to use the "Gate" at this time; some minor filing may still be require for an accurate fit. Instructions are included, and no major gunsmithing is required. Call if you have any questions.

Purchase either the .45 LC or the .45 ACP cylinder assembly and purchase an addition cylinder of the opposite caliber. You can use the same conversion ring for both cylinders and double your shooting pleasure, it's like having three revolvers in one. .44 Cal. Black Powder - .45 Cal. Long Colt - .45 Cal. APC

All Kirst Konverters are precision CNC machined in the USA from 4140 Steel and heat-treated. The cartridge conversions are rated "For Black Powder or equivalent loads only," which includes the current Cowboy Loads on the market (Read the "Caution" Statement Below).

Caution:
1. Ammunition must be loaded with lead bullets and a low-pressure powder charge that DOES NOT EXCEED 1000 FEET PER SECOND VELOCITY!
2. NOT FOR USE IN BRASS FRAME REVOLVERS!

3. .44 and .45 caliber cylinders must NEVER BE INSTALLED IN A .36 CALIBER REVOLVER!

Follow all instructions that come with your Cylinder Assembly and Firearm. Safe shooting is your responsibility.
