This is a BU-marked Soviet Romanian oiler for pretty much every rifle produced by Romania, including the Mosin Nagant, RPK, PSL, SKS, and AKM. These were based on a World War II Russian Mosin Nagant oiler and produced to replace the square Romanian oilers. This may be the rarest of all Mosin-Nagant oiler variants as they were produced in limited numbers. Enough of the square oilers had been produced for WWII that they continued to be issued alongside the "russian style" one, and both styles began to be replaced in the 1970s by a single chamber oiler.

The bottle markings describe the contents. The B marked the solvent side and the U marked the oil side.
