This is a USN "GOB" Wool Sweater These sweaters were in use with the US Navy for decades, beginning in 1985, and have only recently been phased out. This particular sweater was manufactured as part of the 2006 government contract. The sweater is 100% wool construction, with a turtleneck collar, elastic sleeve cuffs and an elastic waist. Hand wash or dry clean only, produced by Mitts Nitts.
