This is the model M1896 bayonet for the 6.5 mm Swedish Mauser. Though it was designed in the 19th Century, it saw use into the 1960s, being used on the M1938 rifle and the semi-auto AG42b Ljungmann.
This bayonet was made sometime between 1899 and 1912. This esample was made by Eskilstuna Jernmanufakur AB (Eskilstuna Iron Manufacturing, Inc.). The bayonet is sharp and appears well taken care of aside from discoloration on the blade probably caused by fire. The scabbard is force-matched.

This bayonet is surplus, and may feature minor wear, light rust, dust and minor imperfections, none of which take away from it's beauty. As-Is. No returns or refunds. Call 205-533-8595 with questions.
