The Lee Perfect Powder Measure is perfectly suited to reloading rifle cases, though it can also be used to reload pistol cases if needed. This tool is designed to be used along with the bench-mounted stand (included with the powder measure) or with a Universal Charging Die.

The Lee Perfect Powder Measure has the ability to throw charges ranging between 2 and 100 grams (or more). In addition to being highly versatile, this tool also prevents cut powder and the kind of jerky action many other powder measures exhibit. Simply put, this tool delivers uniformity of charges.
