This came to us in a box of Com-Bloc parts. It is a used, commercial, side-mounted scope rail produced by Midwest Industries in the USA.

Attaches to rifles with built-in AK receiver rail interface
High quality 1913 Mil spec rail, T-marked for location
Constructed from hard coat anodized 6061 aluminum
Feature the patented Elite Defense QD system for no tool adjustment and repeat zero locking
Rail measures 6.75" long, weight 7.3 oz.

Will fit AK/AKM/AK-47/AK-74 variants with built-inreceiver rail interface, including some Chinese, Bulgarian, Hungarian, Romanian, Yugoslavian (Serbian, Zasatava), and other modern clones.
